Tasting Notes
Rich
This is our variant made from a blend of agaves. We echo the dark silver on the bottle in our visual expression. References to the type of agave (Papalote, Espadén and Tobalá) and the taste notes help build the variant story.
Nose
Cooked agave, smoke and citrus.
Taste
Capers, nutmeg and pink pepper.
