This is one of my favorite flavored vodkas I've tried. It's sweet, but not overpowering. It's more like pink grapefruit, not as tart as regular grapefruit. If you want to take shots of it, I think it's smooth enough. But it's really good for mixing in drinks. Mix with pink grapefruit juice (the simple and obvious choice), sprite, or seltzer & add a little mint for a light and refreshing drink.

Normally I'm not a flavored vodka person, but Ruby Red stole my heart. I love the tanginess and flavor. It's not cloyingly sweet and makes an awesome vodka soda.
