Spices and nutty
It's fine, you can taste the spices and the nutty/earthy flavors. Unfortunately most of the recipes this pairs best with are aged spirits like whiskey or bourbon. I don't drink those so it really limits what I can use this in. I found a recipe to use with rum and it paired well. Lower rating because I just won't be able to use it very often and it's pretty strong when you do so make sure you enjoy that type of cocktail first.

Espresso Martini please!
I had a lot of fun making drinks with this!! It was yummy in my horchata and I am SO excited to try cooking with it too. the cocoa flavor is exceptional and the packaging is convenient and small :-)
