Wish the flavors lasted more
This Aperol liqueur comes in a stylish, clear glass bottle that makes it appear like the bright orange hue of the aperitif is glowing in it. Its taste is a combination of being sweet as well as bittery and salty with an aromatic, velvety finish. It is bright orange in color and has strong notes of bitter orange, rhubarb and herbs. This aperitif seems to taste more like a transition from sweet to bitter with a light texture and no depth on the palate, however the flavors don't really linger on the palate for long.
