Do yourself a favor a buy some Bacardi Coconut Rum and Bacardi plain white rum and make yourself a Coconut Mojito! So fresh ingredients, so tasty, and transports you to a Caribbean vacation. Extra points if you line the rim with very finely shredded coconut.
