Not too bad! Took as a shot. Would be good in some hot chocolate. Will try again. Love that it is almond milk.

Taste was fine,...
Taste was fine, perhaps not as creamy as you expect from Bailey's. However this was an amazing treat when my lactose intolerance grandmother came to stay for a few weeks over the holidays and it definitely got her seal of approval! It also works well in mixed drink where traditional Bailey's can be over bearing on more delicate textures and flavours
