Rediscovering the "Old Fashioned"
Out with friends at a steak house in Boston, the thought of having a bourbon before dinner occurred to me and in that moment I rediscovered a drink that I had not enjoyed in quite some time. Basil Hayden made it the perfect combination! With its smooth oak and fruity finish and dark amber hues, this is truly a well refined bourbon whiskey to be celebrated.. A new holiday tradition
I received a fifth as a Christmas gift from my new wife's family. I enjoyed it as I rang in the new year with friends and family. And am now looking forward to the next holiday season, to both enjoy and pass on this new tradition.
