This is a really tasty dry ish red, smooth and delicious. I dont know if I would have picked it without prompting from the voxbox, as the bottle is unassuming, but it is full of flavor, and feels like it pairs well with many foods. Perfect on this damp chilly winter night. Will definitely buy again, and at a perfect price point!

My husband and I drank this wine with a cozy dinner of homemade mushroom alfredo pasta this past Valentines weekend. The wine was slightly dry yet pleasantly sweet. It had notes that reminded us of black cherries and red vines licorice. Typically these sweet fruity notes are not as prominent with a dry red wine so it was a refreshing change of pace. The wine's sweetness made it easy to sip on even after we finished the food and enjoyed a quiet evening watching Netflix on the couch together. I am really glad that we got to try this wine since it is not something that we would have normally tried on our own. We would pick up another bottle in the future, either for ourselves or to bring to a dinner party and share with our friends.
