This is my favorite rum for baking. It has a heavy, spicy (not hot spicy, just full of the spice cabinent) flavor that really tastes amazing in rum cake or rum balls. I always get compliments when I use it. I do, however, prefer my alcohol sweeter, and I'm not too big of a fan of this one in a drink. I have to go very light if I want to be able to finish my rum and coke when I use this.

When I go out to a bar my go to drink is a rum and coke! It is a good alcohol to sip on throughout the night.
