It tastes like ice...
It tastes like ice cream. I love baileys, its really dangerous though because you can barely taste the alcohol in it.

Switching to a vegan...
Switching to a vegan lifestyle was so daunting and I truly was so sad to give up my favourite desserts... But not this one! It's a pretty great substitute for the original, but it does taste a tiny bit amaretto-y. Love amaretto, but others may not.
