Switching to a vegan...
Switching to a vegan lifestyle was so daunting and I truly was so sad to give up my favourite desserts... But not this one! It's a pretty great substitute for the original, but it does taste a tiny bit amaretto-y. Love amaretto, but others may not.

YUM!! Regular Baileys...
YUM!! Regular Baileys upsets my stomach a bit, since Im lactose intolerant but this is perfect. Its delicious on its own and even better in some coffee! When I have a day off I always add a small splash to my morning cup.
